The young engineers' department of Federation of Scientific and Technical Unions in Bulgaria (FNTS) is happy to invite you to attend the The European Young Engineers Conference on Sustainable Engineering, in Sofia, the capital city of Bulgaria. The event, organized around the central theme of "Sustainable Engineering" will combine an outstanding and varied technical programme with engaging social activities. The technical program will include a broad choice of visits to leading companies, interesting keynote speeches and state-of-the-art workshops held by knowledgeable engineering professionals. Do come to downtown Sofia at the conference rooms in the National Center of Science and Technology (the FNTS building), 108 Rakovski St., 1000 Sofia, BULGARIA.

REGISTRATION FEES
The fees depend on the preferred length of stay at the Conference Hotel and are as follows:
1. BASIC 160 € (Includes Conference Fee and Two Conference Nights: Friday 18.05.2018 and Saturday 19.05.2018)
2. EXTENDEDBEFORE 180 € (Includes: Conference Fee, Two Conference Nights: Friday 18.05.2018 and Saturday 19.05.2018 + extra night Thursday 17.05.2018)
3. EXTENDEDAFTER 180 € (Includes: Conference Fee, Two Conference Nights: Friday 18.05.2018 and Saturday 19.05.2018 + extra night Sunday 20.05.2018)
4. LONG 200 € (Includes: Conference Fee, Two Conference Nights: Friday 18.05.2018 and Saturday 19.05.2018 + 2 extra nights: Thursday 17.05.2018 and Sunday 20.05.2018)
5. CONFERENCE FEE 120 € (Only the Conference Fee, without accommodation)
The Conference fee includes participation at the full conference program, Gala dinner, lunches and coffee breaks. Flights are not included.
Registration fees are to be paid in Euro, no later than the 25th of April, 2018 (the deadline is extended!), net of bank charges, via wire transfer to:

Note of understanding: I understand that I will have to transfer the Conference fee for EYE@Sofia 2018 conference to the FNTS bank account by 25th of April. I understand that ALL costs/fees for transferring the participation fee are at my own expense. I understand the FNTS shall not cover the bank transfer fees, and the exact registration fee has to be paid to the above bank account.
